Nba2k22 turning off the console (Xbox series X)

I been grateful it hadn’t happen to me. I play two 8 min quarters games and also did my team and edit sneakers

Sorry to hear this is happening to some of you. Is this only an Xbox issue? I've never had my PS5 shut off on any game.

There's already been a patch to address the issue.

The reason I ask is because when i first signed up, I did so, so that I could use Dolby Vision. When I played 2k21 or Madden, I would get the green screen and then it would go black. So, i looked into it and found some info through google where it said, if you used custom picture settings on your tv and gave your settings a custom name it would cause a glitch(green screen). I'm wondering if some of these bugs with the Series X come from consoles that are enrolled in the Insider Program? Are the updates they put out causing certain bugs?
