I didn't say not to buy the game, ya can buy whatever ya want is your money. But it's hilarious to me how ya get upset for wanting a graphical update to a next gen game & I said I can't keep spending money never did I say ya shouldn't spend the money.

Bottom line is a gameplay trailer is suppose to get people excited and talking about the upcoming game in a positive way. This years trailer did not achieve that.

According to who?

I'm excited about the game and the trailer got me pumped to hear more about what they are doing this year in regards to gameplay, plus other modes.

And I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I'm not the only one.

Of course not. I am not speaking for everyone. I am referring to what appears to be the majority based on reading these posts and people’s reactions on youtube and social media. There is nothing wrong if someone is hyped by this trailer. And nothing wrong if someone is disappointed.

I mean, they were a first party studio. Sony San Diego transitioned to going third party when they signed an agreement with MLB in 2019 to develop The Show on non-Sony platforms. This is the second year they're pushing out a game on the XBOX platform and the first year they're pushing one out on the Switch.

As far as wanting better graphics, I mean IDK what to tell you. I was a part of Operation Sports when Sony was pushing out cross-gen games with MLB The Show 14, 15 and 16, so I've seen these types of posts already.

As I've mentioned in the thread, it took MLB The Show 17 to give us a game with visuals that make it a genuine "built for PS4" title, so I guess I'm just trusting the process with visual overhauls
