Why are the servers still down?

Last time I got on I connected right away, got my Loyalty rewards and was able to jump into DD no problem. I have a feeling I just got lucky but hopefully things are better now

Servers are BAD. Literally can't do anything right now, every now and again, with persistence, I will connect to something but it isn't often.

Sucks.

Nope, you need a PS+ Membership for anything involving online play if I am correct

You can connect to the servers and look at all the DD stuff. Marketplace buy stubbs/packs and things like that. Im pretty sure you just cant play games online.

Nope. You can play DD without PS+, you just cannot play the online games on it (Battle Royale, Online Ranked etc). You can still connect to the servers without PS+, you can still play DD offline modes (Conquest, CPU, trading etc)
