Major Injuries Every Year?

Maybe this is just me and my game. I do a lot of simming. For this last season, I simmed every single game. It seems like, to me, that I get at least one major injury right before the playoffs every year. I always play as the Dodgers, if that makes a difference. I don't have the game in front of me right now, but I can tell you that in my last one I had Freddie Freeman and my starting 3B(I traded for someone) and starting RF(again, traded for someone) out with injuries in the final month. Then, I had James Outman get migraines right before the first game of the playoffs and be out.

It seems like this happens every single year. Does it happen to anyone else?

Are you seeking a workaround or are you good with the situation? Because you can always switch injuries to manual and lessen the severity. Kind of like sending the player to another doctor for a second opinion. Then switch injuries back to auto from manual. I haven't had to do this myself but I would definitely consider it if I was unrealistically getting major injuries right as the season ends every year.

I love those second opinions. Especially when Aaron Judge's broken leg turns out to only be an ankle sprain.

Re: Major Injuries Every Year?

I've yet to see any major injuries but I just saw the strangest one that makes no sense. I was pitching as Jordan Wicks and after throwing an 0-1 pitch to Jurickson Profar that whiffed on I had this injury pop up. "Jordan Wicks has taken a nasty shot to the head" "Wicks is having trouble focusing and is exhibiting concussion like symptoms" So you telling me my guy a concussion from throwing an 87 mph changeup? lol

Sounds like he whiplashed himself into a concussion. I guess if pitchers can snap an arm bone just by throwing, I guess they could conceivably corkscrew themselves enough to wrench their neck bad enough to mistake it for a concussion lol. Every time I see a Show injury, I have vague flashbacks to another video game (either Madden, or Corso?) overusing the ''rub some dirt on it kid'' line after an injury.

He must have been sniped from the bleachers with a beer bottle.
