Service time issues

I didn’t see a thread on this, but a decent amount of players service time is off by 15-30 days. For instance, Nolan Schanuel has all of his state, but 0 service time.

There are also a bunch of players that should be out of options but aren’t (Joey Bart, for example).

I'm grateful that service time can be edited, but whats the holdup with making minor league options the same? You're better than this Sony, so be better.
