Yes, he did a similar video on 23. He used the same strategy for 23 and 24. My drafts have been great since following his advice

The idea that one MLB scout only scouts one player a week is ridiculous. I live in Columbia MO. I've attended games sitting near a MLB scout. He may be there to scout a Dansby Swanson or Andrew Heaney but he also is scouting other players on both teams. The idea that you offer a prospect exactly what he is asking for and he turns it down and quits negotiating is also ridiculous. The previous system was far more realistic and far easier to navigate.
What was his interest %? If that wasn’t too high I could see needing to offer even more than is listed.

Slightly over 50%. I offered what he wanted.

This was the case last year too as well as teams just outright not drafting players as you move a couple years into a franchise file. The teams will skip a pick.

It was higher but the question becomes why even have a number the player wants if it has no merit?

Good player too. Does he become available in the off season as a free agent or did he quit baseball to be a video game developer?
