Yeah, this here defender of SDS was the first to call it awful in the impressions thread. I later called the devs and apologized and sent them cookies.

I don't mind the brightness, but some of the font choices are perplexing.

At this point I just think the colour code here and there is just wrong. Should be an easy fix…hopefully.

So am I correct that because the UI is hardcoded into the game it's impossible to fix this year in a patch? As in it's not possible to create a dark mode in a patch.

Unfortunately, I believe it's not something you can fix because I believe UI is hardcoded and can't just be a patch fix.
