Also only noticed that three players were on waivers when starting the season , pierce Johnson, Jacob Webb, and Sean Newcomb. Also none of the new free agents were signed like Blake snell and Jordan montgomery. So its seems like a little has change as far as logic with roster construction. Waivers seem to reflect some better with some of the lower tier players actually having 0 options. The cpu didn't just waive them either so seems like roster construction may be a little more dynamic there where they may keep a lower rate vet on the team because he is out of options.
