From the RTTS clips it looks like it is on CAPS. I can’t see them putting it on CAPS and not have it work on all of the MLB players.

Yeah it would be weird to have his hair not move when so far everyone else with long hair has had their hair move. Like you said, could be an earlier build where the hair physics weren't activated yet.

In one of the early trailers, they showed Vlad jr hair moving which is a good sign.

I mentioned this when we first heard about the hair physics... In 2k when they introduced this a couple years ago, they basically added player updates to hair to make it "moveable" monthly. So prolly safe to say all players hair is not going to move. Pretty sure they have to basically do whatever they do manually to each player.
