Re: Mike Lowe MLB The Show 23 Sliders

I updated the first post to better match the in-game screens. There are a couple of minor adjustments there, but nothing major at all.

Re: Mike Lowe MLB The Show 23 Sliders

The only issue I'm seeing is super slow reaction/speed from the OFs. Lots of balls dropping in front of them. To be fair, my OF isn't very good defensively.

This seems more tied to fielder run speed, which we do have lowered to 4.

4 seems too low, but 5 seems too high!

Re: Mike Lowe MLB The Show 23 Sliders

Have had some absolutely fantastic games. The variety of game play has been ideal. I was shutout back to back games by the rays in the first 2 games of a 4 game series. Game 3 I jump on them for 4 runs in the 1st and ended up winning 9-5 on 13 hits. It’s definitely not for the beginner or below average players but at the same time it doesn’t feel nerfed where you feel like the cpu is pre determined like years prior. Keeping it simple and true to the default sliders was a great concept Mike and I guess San Diego studios may finally be creating a solid game at base. The only two things I may mess with is human stater stamina as the season goes along and may bump it up to simulate arms going longer as the season progresses and as you stated prior outfield speed is a bit frustrating at times.

This is not good feedback. if you want to be taken seriously, you need to actually explain what's wrong with them.

For me, these are great for CPU vs CPU, but I struggled with them in user vs CPU games--most likely due to the Legend difficulty. Though I consider that a skill issue on my part.

What I've learned from Mike Lowe's sliders in the past is that Mike Lowe is a lot better a sports games than me . I do want to give these sliders a go at HOF though and see how they play. I've been using S&B but I'm always looking around to see what else is out there.
