I agree. I buy Madden about once every 3 to usually more like 5 years.

So if i have a series x, I can load Madden 21 and play the current form of the game then on Dec 4, it will update and become the next generation version (not expecting an entire new game).

Did I understand that correctly

I expect to we will start hearing next gen information next week and on. After this week, they will have 3 weeks to promote next gen version.
