CPU teams still don’t apply abilities and X factors to players who earn it by rating or upgrade.

If a player is a normal and advances to SS, he won’t have abilities loaded. If he’s an xfactor 87 and he makes it to 95 to unlock the last ability, it won’t assign one

Every off season and a few times during the season, I’ll have to go through EVERY team and assign them myself. This has been a problem for many years

I just had a weird one, I'm not sure if it's happened to anyone else.

I tried to edit RE A.J. Epenesa within franchise, and without me doing so, the game made him a QB, and also a rookie again? No idea what's up with that. I changed him back to edge but I can't make him not a rookie anymore.

I don't think I could replicate it, it happened randomly.

Yes! I’ve been scouring the internet for someone else to bring this up. Happened to both Dexter Lawrence and Emmanuel Ogbah. Changed them to a rookie QB, aged 0 years, with all stats set to 0, except awareness which was 250. Also made them 160 lbs

Yesssssssss this happened to me to with one of my best players on my niner franchise.. Christian mccaffrey. He was number 0.. 12 overall at qb.. 6-0 160... Age 20

Only thing I can do now is find his default attributes and put those in cause honestly he hasn't changed that much in the past few seasons. He was already a 97 I think but this is another unacceptable issue from madden I'm about done with this game for this year

Hi everyone,

I have recently discovered on PC the cause of a lot of performance issues, as well as the slow motion issue (game clock/animations in slow motion.)


It seems that having certain USB devices plugged into your computer while playing Madden causes the issue. So far we have seen this with a secondary USB C controller I had plugged in, a keyboard and mouse someone had plugged in, and a USB C device someone was charging.


Therefore, if you are experiencing slow motion gameplay, or significant CPU usage and performance issues, try unplugging USB devices from your computer one by one until you determine the culprit.

Can reproduce when I quit and restart this game but have not had this happen before.

Franchise

Have 3 injuries on DLine. During the game it started putting my 4th string wideout at Defensive Tackle.

I have enough backups to cover the injuries but 2 of them aren’t even playing.

Not every play but randomly I’ve only had 10 men on the field and one of my DT’s is missing. He’s not invisible because the Olinemen end up Double Teaming other guys on my dline
