What's the problem with sliders?

I've read a lot about how people are having issues with sliders saving and loading. But I'm not really sure what the fuss is all about. Can someone explain this to me? I recently switched from All-Pro to All-Madden on my CFM and I don't see any issue. Everything is saved. I just want to be sure I'm not missing something here.

For some reason they just don't stick. I'm finding this especially when saving a game that you are already playing. If you have game saved go to the front page outside of your CCM and in the settings it sometimes changes to Pro when I had All-Madden selected.

The only mode I really play is my Offline Connected Franchise Mode. I switched the difficulty to All-Madden and tweaked some sliders and they've stayed the same. Again, I have no question that the game is on All-Madden because I can tell a significant difference in the kicking meter. It's much, much quicker on All-Madden than it is on All-Pro. Sometimes I think people read way too much into these kinds of things and see problems where they might not actually exist.

Could be. I think the computer is so inconsistent. One game I'm the bills and I'm destroying the steelers and the next I'm getting destroyed by the titans.
