I downloaded the new patch on Xbox and franchise mode is missing now. LOL

The current way around it is start madden with the xbox not connected to the internet and franchise mode is still there.

I had no issues with the update or Franchise. Sometimes I get messages that online is unavailable.

MADDEN NFL 24 - TITLE UPDATE DECEMBER 6TH, 2023

FRANCHISE MODE
Fixed various Server issues that would cause disconnects.
Fixed various stability/crash issues.

That's all I see
