VEGAS SIT 3RD IN PACIFIC DIVISION

The Vegas Golden Knights are one month into the new season finishing with a 7-4-3 record; which is good enough for 3rd in their Division. Although this team has had stretches of brilliance, it hasn't been consistent. In several games it appeared as the team was just flat.

Another inconsistency has been special teams this year. Deadly on the Powerplay last year, this team can't seem to get it done with the Man Advantage. The team has also had trouble closing out games, with at least 6 games this month where they let another team come back in the 3rd, or blew it in Overtime.

HOT
Jack Eichel has picked up where he left off last season, as he recorded 21 Points in 14 Games so far.

COLD
Nicholas Roy was a key contributor last season while making the most of his limited minutes on the 4th line. He's been off to a slow start so far this year by only registering 1 Point in 14 Games and is currently a -4 Player.
