Indianapolis Racers WHA Dynasty | FHM8

Even though FHM9 was released last week, I just didn't feel it was worth the upgrade cost. So...decided to do something different and do a fictional modern WHA dynasty with the Indianapolis Racers.

So onto the resurrection of the WHA. It'll feature 24 teams that played at some point and time in the WHA. Some teams had the same names or similar in multiple places Philadelphia Blazer/Vancouver Blazers or Toronto Toros/Birmingham Bulls so chose those based on locations to other teams.

Thanks. I seem to have more fun with a fictional universe that I have no real ties to players or teams. I always wanted to do a WHA Racers dynasty...but didn't want to start in the 80's or with the jerseys from the 70's..So found most of the jerseys on the OOTP forums. Took the time made the goalie helmets and tried to make it look decent. The Only jersey/color combo I'm not really happy with is the New York Raiders. I may try and rebrand it a bit after the first season.

After the first season or at the midpoint I may also do some commissioner editing. It seems the depth of quality goaltending is extremely weak and not really on par with NHL quality. Which is what I'm kinda going for, replacing the NHL.

PC Sim Franchise Hockey Manager 8. Made by the same people that make Out Of The Park Baseball. https://www.ootpdevelopments.com/fra...-manager-home/ FHM 9 came out last week but aside from adding College Hockey, I don't see enough to warrant the $35 price tag compared to FHM 8 which came out last year.
