He went there to kill her right? She was putting Liz in danger by still being alive and people looking for her.

Isn't that what was told to Liz? He became the impostor to get the money and he stayed a Red and she was thought to be dead.

Yeah, I got the wording mixed up (It's a long story, LOL).

I'm still confused about Red being that guy that pretended to be the real Reddington so as to get the money. I was trying to picture a younger lighter James Spader and then I realized I had to also believe he's a Russian. I couldn't wrap my head around that.

Sometimes Blacklist mysteries can get confusing at least to me.

Just finished binge watching the entire series through season 6 last night. Loved Spader in Boston Legal and he is even better in this. Is it just me or did Brian Denehy just pick up a Russian accent in the last few episodes?


I was convinced the story Dom told Liz made the most sense about Spader's character until the end of the season 6 finale. Now I have no idea how they intend to wrap this all up in the final season.
