As much as I love Metal, hard rock, and music with screams.
The one album that comes to mind is...

Folie a Deux by Fallout Boy.

That album is so amazing.
Not a song under a 8/10 by me.
Incredible album.

Honorable mention -
As I Lay Dying - The Powerless Rise

I don't particularly care for this band's newer stuff but I can listen to...

Green Day-American Idiot

all the way through, the only way I can listen to any song on that cd.

Jay-Z - Reasonable Doubt
Nas - Illmatic

Why? Only two LP's to me have no skipable tracks. I've yet to hear a rock , punk , hiphop . soul , r&b , ska , hardcore , and blah blah blah album that I can listen to front to back.

American Idiot is a great album, IMO. Good call.

Re: Favorite Albums to Listen to All the Way Through

Arcade Fire - Funeral
AC/DC - Highway to Hell
Led Zeppelin - I
Pink Floyd - DSOTM, Animals, Wish you were Here, Meddle
The Zombies - Oddysey and Oracle (spelled wrong I'm sure)
The Who - Live at Leeds, Who are You, Who's Next and Quadrophenia

I usually play a whole album at once more than just a single song so mine's a bit lengthy.
