It kind of makes me wonder, like where would Jay-z and Eminem or Fabolous people like that would be if Pac n Biggie were alive. Its almost like a RAP Meteor dropped wen Biggie n Pac died then Rap started ova again.

RIP to Christopher Wallace

I always disagree on that point, IMO Biggie helped (or hurt I guess) hip-hop once Mo Money, Mo Problems came out w. the whole hip-pop stuff. I dunno, I really hated that song so maybe I'm too hard on it. I think it was because it was the first time I saw goofy white kids and white girls signing along with a "street" rapper like Biggie and it pissed me off, hehe. Then after that discovered Juicy and I swear it was all over. Every mixtape I heard in HS was DMB, Spin Doctors, Third Eye Blind and those two Biggie songs.

They would still be around because they actually have talent.

But they would probably be better and have zero chance to release any bs tracks.

I would imagine Eminem would have more of his hardcore tracks made instead of pushing out pop singles like he does to get teens to buy his album. I understand why he does it but he probably wouldn't be forced into it.

The only difference would be the cleaning out of the bad rappers. Guys like Jay, Em, and Fab would be well-liked but they just wouldn't be considered the top of the crop as they are now.
