Is PES 2021 server down forever?

I can't update the squad thru live update for some reason to use pesuniverse option file...anyone know why?

Obviously I'm late here and everyone knows now that the servers are down.

Just seen that smoke patch is releasing football life 23 game late next month, look like it'll be pes21 fully modded. You won't need a copy of the game either.
