Career mode best practices (Evolution points, fitness, etc)

Hope all is well with everyone. I'm looking for any incite/best practices for balancing the point system within the career mode. It seems difficult to actually build up your fighter in a consistent way as fitness appears to always start off extremely low and the "stars" for each move (jab, uppercuts, etc) often times drastically drop off between matches with no way to keep your move ratings high.

Your CAF appears to be punished (too much maybe) as the weeks and fights pass by. The longevity bar is in question as well. Additionally, the number of weeks before a fight don't seem to be enough to be able to build fitness and hype simultaneously.

What are you guys courses of action to build up a consistent fighter without struggling to do it? Don't get me wrong, I'm always up for a good challenge but it seems unbalanced, or am I simply unaware of how to maximize this system. Hope I articulated that good enough. Whats the best way forward? Thanks.

You should prioritize CHIN for sure, or you'll keep suffering these negative points. STAMINA is a close second given the mode is bugged and it's almost impossible to get to peak level stamina.

If striker, get POWER to the max as it will help you develop your moves. No power means very slow progression. To be honest: I've never prestiged a strike before. It's all submissions.

Instead of doing the pointless promotions and scouting, just do nothing else but sparring sessions.

I always start as a submission artist and get the easy prestiges and then develop my striking.

But I'm barely playing the game anymore, especially career. CAF's look like crap and the mode is dull (and exactly the same as 4's).
