Season Mode Question

Hi Guys,
on NHL 19 anytime I try to make a trade on the player movment screen, it tells me that the trade cannot be completed becuase the team would have more than 23 skaters.

Is there a workaround for this?

The other team would have to send a player down (don’t think the AI does this) or you’d have to make sure you are trading the same amount of players. Teams can’t have more than 23 on their active roster, so thats why you are getting that error.
