DB Converter Won't Load Files

The DB Converter no longer works for me, which means I cannot convert any .db files from PS3 to PC like I could in the past.

This is detrimental to my mods, as the conversions are necessary for DB Master to read the files I need to modify. For the record, I was trying to convert database and localization files so I can edit them for a mod where I replace the DEL and some of the Czech League with the KHL.

Can someone please help me with this problem?

I'm having a similar problem. The converter refuses to patch an already-extracted database from a 360 save to a PS3 save, it complains about a missing file. This is just after updating to the latest .NET Framework (4.81).
