Does anyone adjust player ratings instead of adjusting sliders?

I know it's very time consuming, but I'm curious if anyone else does this. I'll list mine in case one or two of you actually do this and are interested:

Attack:
crossing -10
short pass -20

Defending:
marking +10
standing tackle +5
sliding tackle +5

Skill:
long pass -10
ball control -10

Power:
shot power -10

Movement:
acceleration -20
sprint -20

Mentality:
interceptions +10
