This was fixed in 15. I got job offers at least one a year if I was doing good past the first year.

I used Bournemouth last year and had fun with them and was able to get to be a mid table team for two straight EPL seasons after getting them promoted.

Not sure but I might use Rangers if they are available in the extra team list and put them in one of the English tier of leagues.

I still haven't figured out exactly what happened to them. They used to be a power in Scotland.

I realize that but I haven't been able to figure out exactly how it happened. Sounds like some kind of tax avoidance scheme caught up with them.

I saw someone else say they might pick a league and then use a random team. I might do that instead.

Will depend on how much commentary is improved to do a smaller league. Does Tyler mention the team name in game? Is the Russian or Dutch or Polish commentary improved. Do they have the correct schedule for the Swedish League? Still disappointed they didn't add proper youth teams, that hurts my desire to ever play more than one season in CM. I love this mode but I barely touched it last year.
