Does anyone know if specific countries are better for certain positions? If so, does anyone know where to find this information? Thanks!

5 star experienced scouts get the best players regardless of position, 5 star judgment scouts get the best players if you choose a specific position you want to scout. I've always gone after 15yr old prospects who have overall over 60 and potential over 90. Those guys usually turn into good players a few years down the road. I usually scout in USA, and two other powerhouse countries and find good prospects from every country.

If you're a small club, I would only scout in my home country or near. If I'm a big club I'll scout anywhere. That's just what I do so take that how you will.

I don't think you're any more likely to get a technically gifted player from Brazil than you are from Ireland. I think it's entirely dependent on the rating of your scouts.

Send a 5/5 scout to Ireland and you're going to get a range of good prospects, just like any other country.

I've never seen any evidence to the contrary but I could be wrong.
