I've never modded and im not any more then a basic computer user can anyone tell me how difficult all this is to do?

So far doesn't seem very easy.

Can anyone help me out, just downloaded this tonight to mess around with it. Modio can't find my thumb drive and I can't find any MC02 files that the editor asks for.

You don't have to have an mc02 file to edit using the DB editor. Just scroll down to "all" after you select "open".

And you need to format your flash drive for 360 usage (assuming you have one). That has to be done on the 360 itself.

I load the dynasty config XML or whatever, then it says "Select MC02 file to open"

When there is no such file on my thumb drive.

It sounds like you haven't formatted your flash drive.

(warning: if you format it for 360 use, the 360 will erase any other files on there that you may have been using beforehand)

Once you've formatted it, copy a save from your HDD to your thumb drive. You can then use Modio to transfer it to wherever you'd like on your computer.

If you have a XBox 360 you should be able to do the following. I started with a brand new usb drive and did the following and it all worked without a problem.

When you start NCAA 2014 you will be prompted to Select a Drive
Select your formatted USB drive.  If it has not been properly formatted for the xbox it will say Device Not Configured.
If not configured, you will be prompted to configure the device, select yes.
This will take you back to the dashboard, select your usb drive, configure now.
Once finished you will be told "Your device is ready".

Go back out to the Xbox Dashboard
Settings
System
Storage
All Devices
Profiles
Select Profile and Move it to the usb drive

Start NCAA 2014 again.
When you start NCAA 2014 you will be prompted to Select a Drive
Select your formatted USB drive.
Select your favorite team
Start a offline dynasty
Advance out of the preseason.
Scroll over to the Dynasty Setup Tab
Select Save Dynasty
Click New...
Name your save file

Open Modio
Select Open From Device
Select your profile
Select NCAA 2014
Select your dynasty
Click File contents tab
Right Click Extract All
Save it to your computer (the file will not have an extension at this time).

Open Editor
Load Config
Open your file (change the filter on the bottom right from *.MC02 to *.*)
Navigate to where you saved the file in Modio
