Darn Best Buy shipped my copy just today of zelda Thursday and its not supposed to show up until Wednesday. Going to see if I can find a copy at target or something tomorrow.

About 6 hours into the new Zelda and all I can say is wow. It has exceeded my expectations in the short time I’ve played. Reviews are spot on.

Played like 9 hours of Zelda TOTK yesterday took me like 8 to get of the sky islands was getting annoyed. I spent like 4 hours going in a circle kept missing a important small area I need to climb that I must have went past like 50 times without seeing. Love the intro and have a feeling we are going to get a lot more story in this game than BOTW and BOTW is my all time favorite game or at least was this will likely change that but the story was lacking in botw.

Oh and after best buy messed up my Zelda order with how it's not supposed to come until Wednesday now I went to target and was able to get the collectors edition the last one of 6 they got. So the best buy standard copy will be going back when it comes. Was surprised to get the collectors edition has I never saw any place before release saying anything besides coming soon/out of order and it's the first time I have ever seen any collectors edition in stock at a store has I have always found collectors editions to be something you have to preorder for shipping.

Ok just got to second dungeon tonight and year Zelda tears of the kingdom is the best game ever made. The lack of dungeons is something that bothered me a lot in botw even with how much I loved the game. The dungeons in this area so much better than the Divine beast where better music/better atmosphere/bigger and better bosses.

Really enjoying Tears of the Kingdom thus far. I've only played about 4-5 hours due to work and life, but what's there has been more than enough to tell me that I'm going to be very engrossed in this game and will again be approaching 200-plus hours played when it's all said and done.

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the crafting elements, but it is a pretty intuitive system and like how it opens your mind up to finding different ways to solve puzzles and explore the map.

The only nitpick on my end is that the graphics are exactly the same as BOTW. I would've liked to have seen a bit of an upgrade here, but don't get me wrong, it's not like what's here is distracting or anything.
