So I am thinking about signing up for the premium service but I am a bit confused

When I look at the extra service I see games in the catalog that I do not see in the premium catalog. Is that mean I need both for all games? I was under impression the premium suscription was the best one and would get you everything offered in below packages

Premium is the highest tier which means you get everything the service has to offer. Extra is the middle tier and doesn't include the PS classic games or PS3 games or cloud streaming.

Unless you're really into PS3 games and the older games, Extra in my opinion is the sweet spot.
