I'm not against the call, but that is the first time I can remember seeing an intentional grounding on that type of throw.

I don’t get why it was…you see QBs do that all the time. Hard to say a guy is grounding when he overthrows everyone.

I've seen it a few times this year. I'm not sure if they've changed the rule or maybe started cracking down on it more. I had never seen it before this year, but it's happened in a number of games that I've watched this season.
