I just can't see how Bush would get to keep the award given the section I circled. Especially the last sentence.

Provided that's a real Heisman ballot, and it certainly looks real.

Not to drag it back up, but I like how the fact USC went with their bigger, more powerful, back on 4th and 1 is supposed to be a negative in regards to Reggie Bush. I'm far from a Trojan fan, but that's going a long way for some hate. Haters gon' hate.

Reggie was the best, and most exciting, player that year. Again, not a 'SC fan, but even I, a Bruin guy, have fond memories of the 'SC/Fresno State game.
