Re: Week 5 Discussion

Colorado can still be a fun team to watch and follow regardless of how they play against these bigger teams. The problem is the media is all or nothing, so you're either the best thing going or you're a disappointment. They will hype up and then pile on instantly.

Agreed. I like them for 5-6 wins. They’re not losing to mediocre teams. SC and Oregon are two elite teams who I’d take over most teams in the country on a neutral field.

However…

I’m concerned about this.

I thought what was lost in the TCU win (scheme) and Nebraska win (adjustments) was the X’s and O’s coaching.

Now it’s clear it’s been Sanders and these playmakers covering up the potential deficiencies in scheme. The lack of second half adjustments against Oregon was alarming.
At least, they shown the willingness to start running. They need to come out with a more balanced attack and go from hyper speed to high speed. Like I said, they have 3 "should win" games with ASU, Stanford, and Arizona which would get them to 6 wins. They just have to try and steal a win or two from UCLA, OSU, Utah, and WSU. To go from 1 win to potentially 7-8 wins would be a successful season
