with the right guy in charge of the Huskers, that 5-20 could easily be 20-5.
I have a feeling it's Frost's coaching that induces the Nebraska players emesis

Weak Zero Games Discussion

I would have fired Scott Frost in the locker room.

Onside kicks up 11 and says it’s because he felt they had momentum and the better team. Make that make sense.

Eh, if they recover the onside kick and go downfield and score and they win then everyone praises him.

Too much focus on that play when there are bigger issues at hand with that program. The fact that their defense was as bad as it was is a much bigger issue and isn't receiving near the attention the onside kick gets.

what lol'ed me the most was when Frost said he called for the onside because it would have essentially ended the game right then and there...

with 9 minutes left in the third quarter

The risk wasn’t even close to the reward. One of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen.

I'm not going to over analyze that one decision. I see both sides of the argument, but Nebraska has far bigger issues under Frost than him calling a surprise onside kick.

Re: Weak Zero Games Discussion

For sure but it’s getting to last straw type stuff with him.

Frost’s buyout goes down by quite a bit on Oct 1. It will be interesting to see if he makes it to the end of the season.

Re: Weak Zero Games Discussion

Unless he wins out til Oct 1 I am not sure he does. The writing has been on the wall since the contract was restructured. I'll root for him just because I think him winning actually brings about more chaos than him losing, and I am all for chaos.
