Re: Conference Play Discussion

Louisville finally got the monkey off their back and beat Virginia snapping a 9 game losing streak.

Two road games this week where hopefully the Cardinals will take care of business.

@Georgia Tech (Wed night)
@ Clemson (Sat afternoon)

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Re: Conference Play Discussion

Three straight overtime wins for Auburn.

Two from double digit deficitis and one with a 16-0 lead. This team has the resume of an Elite 8 team, but terrible efficiency. You really just don't know what you're going to get. If Okoro misses significant time we are dropping some games down the stretch so I predict we finish as a 4-5 seed going into the tourney, but who knows? I'm just happy to be relevant in basketball after spending most of my life being disappointed. Can't ask for much more than guys playing hard and not quitting. That's in the DNA of this program now.

22-2 at this point is quite the accomplishment all things considered after losing 4 starters from last year's squad including a lottery player and Jared Harper who is now playing for the Suns. I hope Okoro sticks around another year, but the dude has the potential to make a lot of money so I expect him to head to the NBA.

Re: Conference Play Discussion

Well that was incredibly ugly last night.

I was afraid we would drop one of the two games this week, now I hope we don't lose at Clemson on Saturday afternoon.

Re: Conference Play Discussion

Louisville only fell to 11th in the poll after a horrendous week that saw them lose at Georgia Tech and get absolutely manhandled at Clemson.

Syracuse and North Carolina at home this week. Badly need these two wins.

What has happened? They were playing great and then they have fallen apart the last 2 games.

Another fight, this time in the post game handshakes.
