Do you have any bracket traditions?

Just wondering if you guys have any traditions, or even methods, around filling out brackets?

I only fill out two every year. The first is my "gut picks" that I fill out on selection Sunday as soon as the bracket is available. This one I fill out going round-by-round (ie, pick all the first round games, then second round games, etc.). No research, just instincts!!

My second one is the more "researched" version that I fill out typically Wednesday after reading up on teams and analyzing matchups. This one I fill out region-by-region.

I personally only like having two....when I was younger I'd fill out about 10, and the experience seemed watered-down.

I only fill out one bracket. I filled out my first bracket ever back in 5th grade and have only done one bracket every year. I always fill it out with a pencil and finalize it on Wednesday and put it online then.

I refuse to fill out more than one bracket. I can't stand when people talk about how their doing on multiple brackets, just make a decision and go with it.

I always just fill out one, but use those picks for multiple pools.

As for my picking strategy, I feel like I have a good amount of college basketball knowledge and usually do well in the first round or two because I tend to pick good upsets, but in the end I go with my heart too much and it comes back to bite me every time.

Filling out more then one bracket is something that's always confused me and I never understood how someone could legitimately brag or discuss their multiple brackets.

I just fill out my bracket with gut feeling the moment they're released. Last year though with the two "major" play-in games I waited to see who won before proceeding, and I'll do the same again regarding those games. Once I saw VCU win, I knew that they were a good style matchup against Purdue and Georgetown so I was proud to have that on my otherwise terrible bracket. I don't think I would take either of the winners of the major play in games over the opponent this year though.

Also, I normally take Gonzaga to go too far like an idiot. I may just do that again this year.

I also only fill out one bracket. If I fill out more than one they really aren't MY picks.
