The Big South semifinal is tonight #1 UNC Asheville vs #4 Charleston Southern in one game and #6 Winthrop vs #7 VMI. I would love to see Winthrop at 12-19 win the Big South. I always like seeing a team with a losing record in the tournament.

Man I'm trying to make it down to Richmond for at least the CAA semi's on Sunday. Haven't been back to the conference tourney since I graduated a couple years ago.

Quick 6-0 for Asheville against VMI for the Big South bid. 3 championship games today, and the Ivy League could potentially be decided as well.

UNC Asheville wins the Big South!

UNCA was the only other school I applied to besides NC State, so I like to see them do well.

This Ohio Valley championship game is getting good down the stretch.

That should have been a charge on Murray State on the go-ahead basket.

Tennessee State should get ~0.8 seconds on the clock for this last shot, down 54-52 to Murray State. They are in-bounding from under the basket, so they should be able to get a halfway-decent shot here. A three will win it.

EDIT: They put 1.1 seconds back on the clock. That's more than enough time for a shot.
