Re: Fly Like An Eagle- Coaching Career of Kirk Plum (NCAA Football 14)

Since I am the Offensive coordinator, I will only discuss the offensive players now. So here is the Offensive Position breakdown:

QB: It's a 3 man race for the top position. It is between returning starter Derek Thompson, Kansas transfer Brock Berglund, and true freshman Dajon Williams. Thompson definitely struggled last year, so that is a knock, but he will be higher on the depth chart because he is a senior. After spring practices, Dajon Williams has won the job, as he played pretty much at the same level, if not a little higher, than the other QB's, and he is a freshman, so this season will be vary valuable learning experience before we have multiple star players graduate.

RB: This is another 3 man race. We have returning starter Brandin Byrd, Purdue transfer Reggie Pegram, and sophomore Antoinne Jimmerson. After a heated battle in spring practice, we have decided to go with Jimmerson as the starter. His speed just ignites the offense, and he did the same thing last year. It was close between him and Pegram, as the stud B1G transfer has the goods to be great, but we feel the speed of Jimmerson is the best tool. Byrd did good also, while below the other 2, so he will be 3rd, but he will definitely get his share of carries.

WR: We have one of the best in the nation in Brelan Chancellor. He has speed, hands, route running, and moves. He should be a finalist for the Bilentikoff. Sure-handed Carlos Harris is likely to be the #2.

OL: Not much debate here. Likely to go with Tony Johnson-Mason Y'Barbo-Boonie Feldt-Cyril Lemon- Cam Feldt. All are Juniors or younger, so some good chemistry should be carried into next year. Cam Feldt is the best of the bunch, and he is an Arkansas transfer who was the 8th ranked lineman nationally in his high school class.
