The Patriots have hired a new coach, Hal Ophamer, to replace Bill Belichick. The rumor is that because the Patriots have the 7th overall pick, they either had to give it back to San Fransisco or fire Belichick. They chose to fire Belichick and hire Hal Ophamer, a longtime college defensive coordinator. He decided to use the Patriots' systems however. Here are his key skills:
