A) Buy young players that gain considerable value. That will make you rich enough to do anything you want. Identify the future stars.

2) Speed. It's all about having an attack that moves at the same pace. If your team can run as a group you can blow by any defense.

D) FIFA is a great game but the amount of talent available via free transfer kills the transfer season. You can rebuild any team in one January transfer window. Please work on that EA.
