Creating Managers

Can someone tell me how to create a manager or change a character to a manager? I am doing Universe mode and I can't stand having managers selected to wrestle. I think it used to be go into attire and change to manager but I go into attire I see appearance, clothing, parts color, import parts and select persona not manager/wrestler option. Can you not do this anymore or am I just not in the right place?

I believe it’s one of the joysticks you click in when you’re looking at the attires(the four attires that show the two entrance and two ring) now? Could be wrong. It says it at the bottom of screen giving the list of button controls
