WWE just announced a HUGE weekend in Toronto July 5th -7th.

Friday July 5th - Smackdown
Saturday July 6th - Money In The Bank
Saturday July 7th - NXT Heatwave

I'm excited and confused about this.

I've heard the building is shutting down all summer because of renovations (similar to what the Jays have been doing in the winter).

Now we see the biggest weekend for WWE here since probably Survivor Series 2016?

I'm excited for that weekend regardless though. Don't know which or all shows I should be going to!

Forget Titan Towers. Hang the briefcase at the top of the CN Tower. You thought the elevator fights were fun, wait till you have a 5 minute long elevator ride to the top with all that fighting.

Love that this is partially because of AEW when they took over for Forbidden Door and Collision and now have Edge too. Can't let the Canadian market slip to AEW too much.

So SRS is saying that MITB being held in Toronto was the announcement Triple H was making. Even though, the announcement was set to be for the 2024 Preview Show at 8... tonight. I'm guessing they are announcing the Wrestlemania 41 location or revealing all the PLEs of 2024 with locations and dates.

Yeah all they announced was that Becky & Nakamura were entering their respective Royal Rumbles lol. Like do we really need announcements to announce obvious superstars in the Rumbles.
