Re: WWE Draft 2024

Instead of assigning FA status, wwe had Undrafted stars get drafted after the show.

Alba/Isla go to SD
Corbin goes to SD (goodbye Wolfdog reunion)
Cedric/Ashante stay on SD
Ivar stays on Raw
Shayna stays on Raw
OC stays on SD
Zoey stays on Raw

How do you not take Rollins over Bianca, even just from a kayfabe perspective.
Kayfabe? Rollins has a bad knee and bad back. Bianca has more immediate upside.

Re: WWE Draft 2024

Damage CTRL on Raw now. I get tag champs can appear wherever, but surprised they're on Raw when they have a few women's teams already on SD. Perhaps Bianca and Jade are winning the titles sooner than we thought?

Nobody's happier about Imperium staying on Raw than Samantha. Wonder if we see Dragunov go to Raw too?

Re: WWE Draft 2024

"The second city state" CM Punk stays on Raw.

Drafting Strowman after Punk was random.

Should've had McIntyre drafted with Raws pick after Punk. Not just being drafted after Punk, but literally being drafted in the same round but the following pick after him.

Re: WWE Draft 2024

Interesting twist.

Carlito drafted as part of the LWO.

Vinci kicked out of Imperium before the draft so he's not part of the group in the pool.

Carlito however was taken out of/left the group DURING the draft so he's technically still part of them in the pool.

Re: WWE Draft 2024

Good news: Chelsea gets away from Pearce

Bad news: Chelsea won't have Samantha introduce her anymore

Re: WWE Draft 2024

I enjoy the reaction shots of the NXT folks. They look genuinely happy.

They definitely are, especially HBK.

It's absolutely real reactions. Need more proof? Look at Lexis King, he's so happy for everyone.

Lyra definitely a pick Becky will love having on Raw. No way she was told beforehand she was being drafted.

My fave one they've ever done wasn't even draft related but still similar moment.

HHH announcing Tyler Breeze is going to the main roster. Anyone who saw him as Mike Dalton in FCW knows how far he came.

At the time I think he was one of the longer tenured developmental talents which is what made it more special. Some guys like Ambrose and Rollins obviously flew through it all, going from developmental to main roster in 2 or 3 years if even that? Breeze put in the work. Wonder what the reaction for Dawkins was like years later because he was another guy who spent so much time reinventing himself before finally finding his character.
