PES Player Ratings By Year

Does anyone have a list or lists of PES overall player ratings from say 2013 through 2017?

I'm working on a side project involving transfer logic, and I'm trying to get as much data into my model as possible.

If someone has it (not sure if the PC modders have dumps of this each year), that would be awesome, but I'm fully expecting to have to find a way to get it myself.
