NCAA BB 2010 - Spreadsheet for Creating Players in

I have been told there is a spreadsheet somewhere that will help in creating ratings for players.

Would someone be willing to share this spreadsheet with me?

That's okay I created one. Working fairly well as I compare ratings.

Do you mean like you put the players in a spreadsheet with teams, ratings, height, etc. and you can download and upload them to ncaa 10?

No. But if there was such a program, sure would be helpful.
I've looked around. Doesn't seem to be a nice editor like the "NHL View NG".

Have you done any ratings editing?
Do you know of any 3rd party editor for this game?

I just built a spreadsheet to calc ratings.
I plan to finish the Dream League roster file I found here.
But I'm still doing the ratings editing all manually in the game, which is a real pain.

Noticed the two roster files I'm interested in, have very different ratings. But that should be okay as long as all players in the roster are rated accordingly.
