Trade value

I may have asked this before in other NHL games.. If I am editing a player ( just for fun.. not for my franchise), what increases their trade value? I know its not just their overall rated number .. is it potential range and potential accuracy.. or something else?

Definitely seems to be a combination of salary, potential, accuracy, age and overall rating. But definitely like if you didn’t touch the salary or ratings for say Kadri but made him franchise potential, high accuracy, it would boost his value.
