QB's standing in the pocket mid game

I like to play CPU watch mode (sometimes calling plays, other times just watching the game unfold). Game will be going along swimmingly...then at some point, my QB will stand in the pocket and get sacked. Once this happens, it tends to happen the next couple of plays also. I've tried several posted slider sets, made my own adjustments but can't get it to stop. I feel like "something" happens in the game that triggers this issue but can't figure out what it is.

Has anyone found a way to keep this from happening?

Never done cpu v cpu or just call and watch plays. But I think QB trait edits go a long way for this. I change any pocket style qb to Balanced. The sense Pressure to either trigger happy or ideal, and force passes to aggressive.
