That's exactly how I would describe it, Tomba!

The scenery is much more varied than Horizon 2.

Horizon 1 had GREAT DLC with its Rally based races and cars.

For me. This game is perfect and the horizon series in general(once we got to go off road free roam) for rally cars. Heres to hoping we get some as DLC.

Re: Forza Horizon 3 Review (XB1)

I got a good 3-4 hours in yesterday. What a blast. Just as I expected, and I've only ran a small handful of races. Spent most of the time just driving around, exploring, wreaking havoc all over Austrailia. I spent so much time in the shipwreck sands area just cruising (and flying lol) around.

I'm a little surprised they went back to a FH1 style of opening up events. I thought the FH2 way was nice, but it did get a bit repetitive. Drive to a city, run 4 races. Drive to next, rinse, repeat. I guess it's the same here in FH3 now though, but the addition of the street races (I was surprised how long the first one I ran was) provides extra to do, while working through the handful of events that open.

Maybe it's just not all unlocked yet, but I feel like the map is... smaller than that of FH2. There seems to be the same amount of roads and stuff, somewhere like 490 or so, but everything seems a bit more compressed. Maybe that's just me. Also though, that being said the area may be a bit tighter, but you can do so much more within that space.

I guess the Clubs section won't unlock until the official release date? The Clubs screen is still greyed out for me on the gameplay pause menu's. I can see this game eating up tons of hours for me, just as FH2 did and I don't even feel bad about it!

Yeah some of the road trips seemed longer in fh2. In 3 though you don't even have to follow the road, is so open.

Re: Forza Horizon 3 Review (XB1)

The lighting in overcast and rain is very similar to forza 6 which was already stellar.

Everything just works in this game.

MINUS the fact that theres no proper mini cooper countryman or abarth 500x ALL4

I just want the clubs section to open up so we can get an OSOS club again!
