There is no spot taking. A guy like Smolka likely wasnt added because he's a low profile flyweight and his biggest win came around the time when the roster was likely locked.

If he's not in the game now he was never going to be, I doubt that putting a guy who was already in the game as one weightclass into another "takes up a spot" from someone else

After taking out duplicates, legends and some retired fighters it looks like my Universe will be starting out with 251 total fighters. No longer will I spend the majority of my UFC time creating fighters. I can actually play instead.

Skimming over UFC's roster these are the fighters I will probably create. I hope they come in DLC though:

Tom Lawyer

Lorenz Larkin
Albert Tumenov

Daron Cruickshank

Then, I'll create a few non-UFC fighters (Palhares, Cyborg, Fedor, etc.) later on in My Universe

Great list of omissions. I'd like to see all of them in at some point. Ed Herman's been in the UFC for 30 years. My dude can't get a roster spot?
