Why wouldn't this Lead Counsel dig into the mother's story more thoroughly
before calling a national news conference?
If this brown bag turns out to be a hoax orchestrated by the victim's mom, there's no way a conviction or civil case can be won.
And that'll be a shame if the victim was actually assaulted.
