I have no idea if this is true or not but I had read somewhere a few years ago that Hogan was supposed to win clean at Summerslam and then there would be a rematch down the road where HBK won clean. Supposedly Hogan refused so that's why Michaels acted the way he did at the SS match and then went after Hogan the next night on Raw on the mic.
Again, I have no idea if that is 100% accurate and someone else may have more or better info, but that was the story I read.
